Job description

How do you make guests and colleagues happy?

  • When they call, e-mail or ask questions, you are the first voice or person to hear or see. You communicate the class, charm but also the professionalism of the client. You do not only act friendly, it is "your way of life". Service and proactivity are your trademark;
  • You are responsible for the general administrative support of each department (emails, letters, reminders, translations, etc.);
  • You act as the first person of contact for all incoming questions and help where possible; for other questions, you redirect to the parties involved;
  • You take part in the preparation of the logistical aspects of projects and events, in close collaboration with other members of the team;

Your profile

  • You are an administrative magician and eager to assist colleagues with all sorts of things. You preferably have a Bachelor's or Master's degree;
  • You can bring daily excellence to your service attitude;
  • The way you present yourself reflects the business you represent; it's your business card;
  • You are very committed to discretion and can easily set priorities;
  • You can deliver meticulous and punctual work;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English (spoken and written);
